By accessing or using ProViewR's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

ProViewR provides:

• Video analysis tools for football performance
• Performance metrics and statistics
• Training recommendations and goal setting
• Progress tracking and gamified progression systems
• Community features for players, parents, and coaches

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Parents must create accounts for children under 13 years of age
• Each account is personal and non-transferable

3.2 Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
• ProViewR is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Use analytics tools for performance improvement
• Participate in community discussions respectfully
• Share progress with coaches and team members

4.2 Prohibited Uses

• Upload content that violates copyright or privacy rights
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded videos and data
• By uploading content, users grant ProViewR a license to process, analyze, and store the content for service provision
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload content featuring other individuals

5.2 ProViewR Content

• All software, analytics algorithms, and platform features are proprietary to ProViewR
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Plans

• ProViewR offers various subscription tiers with different features
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law

7.2 Free Trial

• New users may be eligible for a free trial period
• Credit card information may be required to start a free trial
• Subscriptions will automatically begin after the trial period unless cancelled

• Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold ProViewR harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Infringement of third-party rights through user content
• Misuse of the platform or services

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by User

• Users may terminate their account at any time
• Upon termination, access to premium features will cease
